Delivery is free and sent by Royal Mail, for UK orders.

Orders under £200 are delivered by Royal Mail recorded delivery, which takes between 1-5 working days from the date of despatch. A signature will be required.

Orders over £200 will be sent by Royal Mail special delivery, which is next day delivery from the date of despatch. A signature will be required.

All orders are sent fully insured until signed for.

You will be left a card confirming attempted delivery, the delivery would be scheduled for the next day, or you can collect from your local sorting office, should you wish to collect it, you would need to have Photographic ID.

Orders can be collected from our premises, after payment has been received, you would be allocated a date and time to collect the package, do not turn up without a confirmed time, ID will be required, and proof of address, dated within the previous 3 months.

We CANNOT pass the package to a third party, the person placing the order must collect it.

When you confirm and place your order, online or by telephone, the price is locked, this is then fixed and ensures you know the cost you are paying for your bullion.

We accept online payments with credit cards up to £5,000 and debit cards up to the value of £20,000
